The Gite was converted and furnished in 2006. Inside the furniture and furnishings, mainly from Ikea, are modern but also compliment the interior which has retained many original features including the wonderfully mellow stone walls.
There is parking for up to two cars at the front of the property and the gite is accessed from the garden to the rear.
Accomodation Details
Stepping into the gite in the heat of the summer, you find yourself in a cool open plan space. There are clearly defined areas for the kitchen and the lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric cooker and microwave and there is a pine table with chairs for indoors eating.
The lounge area has a double futon and two easy chairs in which to relax should you wish to catch up with UK TV or watch a DVD.
Climbing the pine staircase you will find yourself in the well appointed double bedroom which has an en suite shower room.
If you require additional space, a further twin bedded room is available.
Immediately outside you will find the BBQ patio with table and chairs and an adjoining enclosed courtyard for sunbathing or reading.
A little further on the pool and sun terrace are set in the extensive landscaped gardens amounting to approximately one acre.
